Sheppard Redistribution Inc. acquires the Kelly Brush Company

Sheppard Redistribution Inc., one of the fastest growing
janitorial master wholesalers in the Mid-Atlantic, has acquired the
Kelly Brush Company of Folcroft, PA. This acquisition represents a
significant addition for Sheppard Redistribution in terms of market
penetration, product offering and experienced personnel.
The Kelly Brush Company was founded in 1895 and has been a
recognized name in the Jan/San industry for over a century. All of
the familiar and experienced Kelly Brush management, sales and
customer service staff will be joining the Sheppard team of
redistribution specialists. The 33,000 sq. ft. warehouse located
near the Philadelphia International Airport, just off I-95, will
become a fully functioning branch of Sheppard Redistribution while
continuing to service existing customers.
As of June 7th, 2010 all orders at the Folcroft branch will be
processed through
Sheppard Redistribution. Sheppard Redistribution is a family owned
and operated master redistributor of jan/san products located in
Oaks, PA with branches in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. The Sheppard
management team is comprised of an elite team of highly motivated
professionals who possess vast product knowledge and combined
decades of experience.
