R.J. Schinner Co., Inc. (RJ Schinner), a premier redistributor
to the commercial wholesale trade, has reached agreement to
purchase assets of Clark Springfield today. The staff has been
offered employment and will remain at its present location. This
facility services customers in Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas,
Tennessee, Oklahoma and southern Illinois.
In addition to Springfield, Missouri, RJ Schinner has warehouses
in Oakdale, MN, Columbus, OH, Lansing, MI, St. Louis, MO and New
Berlin, WI. With this acquisition, RJ Schinner will service a
twenty one state area of the Midwest. For over 50 years RJ Schinner
has been selling paper products, can liners, janitorial supplies,
and food service disposables to the commercial marketplace through
distribution.
